A diversified financial services company is seeking an Assistant Controller in its Dallas headquarters. This client manages assets of approximately $6 billion in specialized sectors and fixed income securities. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting including external financials and internal management reports. You will coordinate preparation of annual audited financial statements. Additional responsibilities include providing direction to divisional, line of business, Accounting managers and staff. Accounting degree and a CPA is required. Big Four experience is preferred.
