Rapidly growing private specialty contractor seeks experienced Project Manager. You will be responsible for a growing portfolio of contracts at various stages. You will prioritize and plan well. You will represent the company in a way that their customers will do business with them forever. This means of course we deliver every project on time and to specification and that’s your job. You will guide their company’s internal design process and ensure it meets customer specifications, you will manage the selection and purchasing of all appropriate materials, and ensure their construction crews have what they need when they need it. You have the backbone to ensure their company’s interests are protected in dealing with vendors, subcontractors, and in completing each project profitably. You will be rewarded well as your bonus structure is directly tied to the profit you produce.

Best qualified candidates will have a degree in construction science, engineering, or architecture. We will consider candidates with at least 10 years of project management experience without the degree if you are truly an outstanding candidate otherwise. Your work experience could be in general or some sort of specialty contracting business. Ideally you understand building HVAC systems, cooling towers, boilers, chillers that sort of thing.
