Our client needs you to have enough federal and state tax compliance experience to act as a liaison to the Big 4 firm that does the majority of their tax work. 3 to 5 years is sufficient experience for a fast learner and good communicator. 50% of your day will be dedicated to the tax area and the other 50% will be focused on general ledger accounting, primarily closing the books on some of their 20 plus entities. Degree required and CPA a huge plus. A flexible personality who is able to switch priorities between these positions and the ability to communicate meaningful information and recommendations to outside vendors, teammates and senior management will give you a distinctive edge in landing this unique opportunity.
